Receptionist / Admin Clerk Responsibilities:
  • To provide office reception, attend on incoming telephone calls and general office administration
  • Booking arrangement with customer service skills
  • F.5 or above with at least 2-3 years relevant experience
  • To be familiar with Microsoft Office software and Chinese word processing
  • Should be self-motivated and pleasant personality with good communication skills in both English and Chinese; able to speak Putonghua an advantage
  • Familiar with MS Office operation, including Word, Excel, Chinese word processing
  • Hard working, willing to learn & responsible
  • 6 days work and bank holiday
Account Executive (Booking Dept) Responsibilities:
  • Team working to meet monthly target
  • Cold calling for potential clients
  • Handle media relations
  • Good command of written and spoken in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Be aggressive and independent with good interpersonal skill
  • Experience in event management and media promotion
  • Able to work under pressure and stress
  • Immediate available is preferable
